Some events are picked by captains; the Ryder Cup, ABC-D, and Ramble in the Scramble. Other events are selected based upon a player ranking; the Final Round and 9x9x9 (2/4-man scramble event). This player ranking is selected by the Competition Committee. Their selection process includes past rounds played in The Concrete Classic as well as a peer ranking based upon a player's current skill level. The ranking of players is below. This list will be adjusted after the Ryder Cup based upon play, which is before any teams are selected using the rankings.
